She's A Dreamer ApS accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.

Right of withdrawal

Baby Dreamer offers a 30-day right of withdrawal, which means that if you wish to return an item, this must be done within 30 days. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and in the original packaging.

The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

At Baby Dreamer, we offer free returns on your 30-day right of return.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 30 days after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent to , to which the standard cancellation form must be completed and sent (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).


If you regret your purchase, Baby Dreamer offers free returns. You just have to send an email to with the desire for return, reason and your receipt. I will then contact you with a return label.

If you bought your Baby Dreamer product elsewhere, please contact that store.

​When we receive the item, we check it and refund the amount you paid with us at the time of purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid.


The satisfaction guarantee covers all Baby Dreamer products purchased in the period from 1 January 2020 onwards. The satisfaction guarantee is offered by Baby Dreamer (She's A Dreamer ApS , CVR 37133981) and is covered by the following terms:

If you are not satisfied with your Baby Dreamer product within 100 days from the date of purchase, Baby Dreamer offers the option of returning the product and getting your money back. The satisfaction guarantee applies to products purchased from 1 January 2020 onwards. The campaign is run by Baby Dreamer and not by the retailer. The product cannot be returned according to the procedure below:

Write an email to with a desire to use the satisfaction guarantee, for which we send a return label.

Pack the product securely in suitable packaging and attach the return label you sent. When the product is received in the same condition as when purchased, the return of the purchase amount is initiated.

Baby Dreamer pays the return shipping, but it is the buyer's responsibility to pack the product securely in suitable packaging so that the product is not damaged during shipping.

If all conditions are met, we will refund the full amount paid for the product and deposit the money into the specified bank account. Handling can take up to 14 days from when the product is received.

Baby Dreamer reserves the right to refuse the return of the product or to deduct any costs resulting from damage to the product, if it has been improperly maintained or has been used for purposes for which it was not intended.

Any discounts on the purchase price of the product are deducted when refunding.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to products purchased at and not at our dealers.

Baby Dreamer or our partner cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by the buyer or third parties, and the refund made by Baby Dreamer and our partner can never exceed the amount paid for the product. Baby Dreamer cannot be held responsible for any delay in refunding or non-refunding due to events beyond our and our partners' influence.

Baby Dreamer only uses personal information in connection with correspondence related to this promotion. Personal information is not used for other purposes and is deleted 60 days after the end of the campaign.

ATTENTION! If you wish to return a faulty product, you must return it to the retailer where the product was purchased.

The satisfaction guarantee does not cover defective products, replacement products or repair of products.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to She's A Dreamer IVS to assess the item's condition.

Right of complaint

At Baby Dreamer, we do our utmost to ensure that all products are of the best quality and in perfect condition. Should you still receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. You have two years' right to complain about defective items, and in such cases we cover the return costs and a new item is sent.

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to She's A Dreamer ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
